It’s not even 11am, and I feel like I have put in a full day already, whew! The kids are home again today, school is off still because of the weather. Funness!

Later we’re going to the Y. I weighed in this morning at 187.5!! Meals today:

Breakfast – oatmeal with apple, water

snack – cucumber & celery slices, water

Lunch – seasoned red beans & a baked potato, kale, water

snack – carrots, water

Dinner – chickpeas, rice, cornbread, salad, vegetable soup, water

dessert – pink grapefruit, water

Today’s Goals:
15 minutes sauna
45 minutes spinning class
30 minutes treadmill at 4.3mph
12,000 steps
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies snacks
Raw fruit dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Bedtime 9pm/Wakeup 6am
Weightloss so far – 22.5 pounds
Fitness Pics – 20 pounds gone!
