It feels so good, ya’ll just don’t know! Or maybe you do!!

Here I am in clothes (yes I am very knock-kneed, LOL!) and I still don’t look fat to myself. But at 190 I am still clinically obese. Oh yah my BMI dropped from 32.1 to 30.7!

Today’s Goals:
Sauna for 15 minutes
Spinning class for 60 minutes
Treadmill for 30 minutes at 4.3 mph
One serving meals, no seconds
No salt added to food
120 oz. water
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Bedtime 9pm/Wakeup 6am
Weight loss so far – 20.5 pounds, 59.5 to go
