As of this morning I have lost 18.5 pounds!!!
starting weight – 210
current weight – 191.5
goal weight – 130

I weigh myself every morning, I find that seeing the scale go down a little bit every day helps me a lot and helps me to keep focused for that 24 hour period. I originally started this challenge for 6 weeks with some moms over at hipmama, The original six weeks are up and all together we’ve lost FIFTY-FOUR pounds!! Like me, some of the women are continuing the challenge.

I keep feeling like I can’t ‘see’ a difference, but my MIL gave us some pics she took during the holidays and man! I was 210 then and can really see it. People who haven’t seen me since then say right away, You’ve lost weight! and people who’ve seen me intermittently say, What’s different about you? My back fat is much diminished but the most dramatic change is my belly fat. I have new pics I’m going to put up soon as I find the cable for my phone. :)

Another busy business day, but I have folks coming over and hopefully won’t have to go outside much. I’m about to brave the cold and do a quick mile but the rest of my steps are going to be indoors today.

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
45 minutes spinning class
30 minutes treadmill
12,000 steps
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Bedtime 9pm/Wakeup 6am
Weight loss so far – 18.5 pounds
