Today’s Question:
What is the funniest outfit you’ve ever worn to work out in?

I don’t have any funny workout clothes, actually. I usually wear a pair of long shorts or jogging pants, a sports bra, and a tee.

Tonight I’m going to another spinning class!!

Today’s Goals
45 minutes spinning class
1/2 hour treadmill
12,000 steps
No salt added to food
Brush & floss after every meal
120 oz. of water
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies snacks
Raw fruit dessert
Bedtime 10pm/Wakeup 6am
Weight loss by day 30 – 14 pounds
