What have you been doing that makes you feel really good about yourself?
What have you “cheated” on your “eating healthy”(diet) with? was it worth it?

I have been getting my daily steps in by walking outside during the day. That makes me feel really good about myself because I HATE cold weather and it’s a big struggle to make myself go outside. But I do it because I tend to get winter depression. Going walking outside every day gives me enough exposure to natural sunlight so I don’t get immobilized by winter. I tell ya, I had winters in the past where I wouldn’t even go get the mail and I’d be all gloomy all winter. This way I remain my upbeat sunny self :)

I cheated once by overeating one night, I had a second bowl at dinner. But I stopped myself mid-way through when I realized what I was doing. It was not worth it but it didn’t hurt me any, I didn’t gain any weight back from it or get bloated or anything.

Today’s Goals
45 minutes elliptical
1/2 hour treadmill
12,000 steps
No salt added to food
Brush & floss after every meal
120 oz. of water
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies snacks
Raw fruit dessert
Bedtime 10pm/Wakeup 6am
Weight loss by day 29 – 13 pounds
