Sunday

One thing about this challenge, I am exhausted by bedtime, totally ready to sleep. and when I wake up, I feel very rested and energetic. I am finding other things to do when I feel the urge to eat between/after meals…like Friday I changed up me and Mercury Man’s bedroom and cleaned it real good. We had clumps of dust behind the dresser, yikes!! and I moved our king-size bed across the room, it’s better feng-shui placement now. This is step 1 in redecorating our room and it looks much nicer, and bigger, and didn’t take much time at all. I have been meaning to do this for a while, but felt it would take too much time and energy. I have always been a high-energy type of person but getting fit is really showing me my body’s potential!

I did my morning walk (4000+ steps) and I can tell winter is on the wane because it is getting lighter each day earlier and earlier, just a smidgen. Nobodys out except other walkers, joggers, and dog walkers. We smile and nod at one another. I’m gonna walk some more at the Y (5000 or so steps) and then the rest after dinner, that’ll be just a short walk.

I’m headed to the Y in about an hour, and I’m going to hit the elliptical, treadmill, and lift weights. I’m going to be there for 2 hours. Then in the afternoon it’s off to the boys’ wrestling matches, then I have to work until bedtime.
