Today is a busy day. My sons had a wrestling meet earlier today and later we are going to a dinner party. I am kinda nervous, but I am confident I will do fine with my eating. I’m not going to drink any alcohol either.

I have some more pics, I’m gonna put them on my site in a minute. Smiling I decided to do front, back, and side pics at the end of each week, I think that will really help keep me motivated..

Today’s Goals
1/2 hour exercise video
1/2 hour yoga
15 minutes jumping rope (VERY HARD aaaaaauuuggggh)
No salt added to food
Brush & floss after every meal
10 cups water, 8 oz each
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies snacks
Raw fruit dessert
Bedtime 10pm
weight loss by day 20 – 10 pounds
