I am a salt FIEND. I love salty foods. Potato chips, salted rice, tofu with soy sauce, salted peanuts, etc. I am vegan and eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. I do a Master Cleanse every 4 months of so. I drink lots of water and very little caffeine. But I consume waaaaay too much salt. It has gotten out of control. I add salt to food that already has salt added in it. I am retaining water and look puffy, even my ankles are swollen. I am going to try to not add any salt to my food for 30 days…then slowly weed out processed food that has salt in it the next 30 days and so on. I have cut salt out of my diet before only to go right back to it. I need to learn how to eat and season my food without salt.

    i am too lady. i am a SALT FIEND! I would have a salt lick in my backyard if I could get away with it. Love it.
