Throwing Away $$$

Edited for correction: It wasn’t Jason who threw away 300 CDs; he merely linked to an article by someone who did. My bad! I am sorry Jason. Whew! I though you went and lost your mind, ha ha.

Jason is tripping. Jason, I will always adore you because I first got to 43things from a link on your site but you are tripping! Throwing away 300 CDs! That’s like throwing away money. You could have taken them to a used record store or used bookstore and sold them. If they had just given you a measly 50 cents per CD (original price $15-$18, probably), that’s still $150. They probably would have given you more than that. I have sold CDs and gotten as much as $2 per CD.

Just a thought for all of you out there who have money to throw away: Next time you get the urge, just send it straight to me. I could use an extra $150, I really could. Just send it to:
