In my living room I have a picture of Dr. King and this photo:

hanging on the wall and this morning when we saw the news my son Todd said to me, Her little girl will be very sad, mommy. I said Oh no Todd her daughter is all grown up, all their kids are adults; older than me. He said I know mom, but she will always be her mommy’s little girl. That did it, I cried and cried. Dr. and Mrs King had a profound impact on this country, and both are greatly missed.
