1. The flat fee for designing a basic HTML site is $250. This includes 10 pages and 10 site updates. A site update is any change to a page of your site. Should you need a store or shopping cart that is an additional $100 per 25 items.

2. 50% of the flat fee, $125, is due upfront, the remaining 50% of your entire website project is due when the site is completed. I can have your site complete and online within 4 weeks. You will receive a CD with all of your website data on it.

3. I do not do any hate sites of any kind or pornography sites. I am flexible with any other subject.

4. Should you need assistance with getting a domain name or hosting, I can help you with that for no additional fee.
